This comfortable and spacious apartment is ideally located in the heart of Rome, beside the Santa Maria Maggiore Cathedral and just a few minutes walking distance from the Colosseum. The apartment sits on the third floor, accessible by elevator, and has a large living room with a double sofa bed, two double bedrooms with queen sized beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious and modern bathroom with a shower and bathtub.

The Termini Train Station is 10 minutes walking distance from the apartment.

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT

Clients are kindly requested to check-in after 2:00 p.m., unless alternate arrangements have been made prior to the date of arrival. Check out is by 10 a.m. on the day of departure. A fee of €40 euro is applicable for late check-ins.

At the time of booking, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required. The balance of your payment can be paid in the following ways: 1) upon check-in with cash; 2) one week prior to the day of arrival by credit card, in which case a transaction fee of 4% of the amount being charged is applicable; 3) by bank wire/transfer one week prior to the day of arrival.

At the time of check-in, a refundable security deposit of €300 is payable to the accommodation provider in cash to cover any eventual breakage or damage to the apartment or its furniture and equipment, or damage to the building caused by guests during the applicable rental period. This security deposit shall be returned upon check-out if no damage has been caused.
