 The Mirtilla Apartment is a wonderful 180 square metre accommodation located in the historic centre of Rome, close to the Fori Imperiali, Domus Aurea and the Colosseum. Its bright and spacious, and sleeps up to 8 guests, making it an ideal place for a large family or groups of friends.
 The apartment boasts a large, eat-in kitchen, fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, pots and dishware, and a dishwasher. There is a spacious living room, with a separated area for sleeping, plus three double bedrooms. There are two modern bathrooms, one with bath tub and the other one with shower. This apartment has everything you need!

Rates include linen and towels, utilities and taxes. Final cleaning fee: €55 for 2-4 guests, €75 for 5 or more guests. For check-ins on Sundays and Holidays, there is a €40 check-in fee. The minimum stay during holiday periods is 5 nights.

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT
Clients are kindly requested to check-in after 4:00 p.m., unless alternate arrangements have been made prior to the date of arrival. Check out is by 10 a.m. on the day of departure. A fee of €40 euro is applicable for late check-ins. One night accommodation will be charged for late check-outs.

PAYMENT POLICY
At the time of booking, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required by credit card. The balance of your payment can be paid at check-in with cash or by bank wire one week prior to the day of arrival. If the booking is confirmed within 30 days of your arrival date, the full amont is payable up front by credit card.
At the time of check-in, a refundable security deposit of €300 is payable to the accommodation provider in cash to cover any eventual breakage or damage to the apartment or its furniture and equipment, or damage to the building caused by guests during the applicable rental period. This security deposit shall be returned upon check-out if no damage has been caused.
