DESCRIPTION
This residence-type accommodation is ideal for students attending the University "La Sapienza" and large tourist groups. It includes 8 independent units on three different floors. All units are well equipped and there is a common area with a computer and internet connection, laundry facilities and ironing equipment for shared use by all guests.

Common Areas (ground floor) :
 • LUGGAGE ROOM. If your arrival or departure is outiside the stadard time frame (check in: from 4pm to 8pm, check out from 8am to 10 am), you may need leave you luggage in a locked luggage room. You can go sightseeing, then come back when your apartment is ready or you have to pick up your luggage and leave. The luggage room is at your disposal for free.
• BUSINESS ROOM. If you need to check your email, book museum tickets, or if you have to work, a computer with broadband Internet connection and a printer is at your disposal for free.
• WASHING MACHINE AND DRYER. A washing machine (washing powder included) and a drier are at your disposal (extra charge). There is also an iron and iron board and cleaning supplies.
• REFRESHMENTS AND SNACKS. A food and drink dispenser is available in the small eating area.
• TOILET. There is a small bathroom for common use anytime.

LOCATION
The residence is located on Via degli Irpini, a small street
close to the main University "La Sapienza", 400 metres form the gates of the ancient city and approximately 800 metres from the Termini Central Station.
Located in the district of "San Lorenzo", this accommodation is a great starting point for visiting the historical centre of Rome.
The historical centre of Rome is in fact quite small: a circle spanning less than 3 kilometres (less than 2 miles) in diameter which includes the Termini Station, the Coliseum, the
Spanish Steps, the Trevi Fountain, Navona Square, the Pantheon, Campo de' Fiori,
the famous neighbourhood of Trastevere and the Vatican. All destinations in this area are easily reachable using public transportation from the Termini Station.

All double beds can be divided into 2 single beds, except the double bed in the 3rd floor studio apartment.
Prices include taxes; water, gas and electricity; air conditioning/heating; linen (bed sheets, towels); final cleaning service; use of the PC with Internet Access; all phone calls to Italian land lines.
For Group Student Rentals, there must be one professor/teacher responsible for each floor where students reside and there is a MANDATORY weekly cleaning and linen change (€200 per apartment).
Security deposit: €50 per person, refundable at the end of the stay.

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT
Check-in hours are from 4pm to 8pm. Check out is from 8am to 10 am. For late check-ins (after 8pm) or early check-outs (before 8am), a fee of €30 is applicable.

PAYMENT POLICY
At the time of booking, a non-refundable deposit of 35% is required by credit card. The balance of your payment must be paid in cash upon arrival.
All extra costs (telephone, wireless internet connection in apartments, late check in fee, etc.) are to be paid by the client in cash directly to the accommodation provider. A security deposit of €50 per person is required upon check-in.
