This second floor, 130 square metre apartment can accommodate up to six guests. It consists of a living room with a double pull out sofa bed, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious dining area. Large windows throughout the apartment allow light to fill the apartment during the day and provide a splendid view of the cobble-stoned streets below. The apartment is tastefully furnished, and has wood beam ceilings and wood floors throughout.
The location is ideal for experiencing the historical centre of Rome by foot. In addition to the Trevi fountain, which is just 200 metres from the apartment, major points of interest within 20 minutes walking distance include the Pantheon, Via del Corso shopping area, Via Veneto, Colosseum, Roman Forum, Piazza Navona and Campo dei Fiori.

PAYMENT POLICY
At the time of booking, a non-refundable deposit of up to 50% is required. The balance is payable upon check-in with cash or by bank wire/transfer one week prior to the day of arrival.
At the time of check-in, a refundable security deposit of €300 to €1000 (depending on the length or your stay) is payable to the accommodation provider in cash to cover any eventual breakage or damage to the apartment or its furniture and equipment, or damage to the building caused by guests during the applicable rental period. This security deposit shall be returned upon check-out if no damage has been caused.
